Focused visual condition inspections of accessible foundation components, including foundation-only inspections for manufactured-home buyers. This service is not an engineering evaluation or a lender or financing foundation certification.
Single-System Inspections
Have a specific concern about one system, such as the roof? Agree on a focused inspection with Jeff to evaluate accessible components and explain observed concerns. This is a limited scope rather than a full home inspection.

Major Systems Inspections
A limited inspection of agreed major systems. Confirm the included areas with Jeff before booking so you understand how this scope differs from a full home inspection.
Multifamily and apartment inspections
Inspections for small multifamily properties and small to large apartment complexes. Contact Jeff to discuss the buildings, units, access and scope before scheduling.
Selective commercial inspections
Inspections for retail spaces, offices and light medical spaces such as dental offices. Commercial scope is agreed before booking. Specialized facilities such as commercial kitchens and heavy-industrial properties are excluded; specialized equipment is not automatically included.
Scheduling and scope
Inspections are limited, visual evaluations of accessible systems and components within the agreed scope. They are not guarantees of condition, engineering evaluations or municipal code inspections.
