Investigating a specific concern
Foundation inspections and other single-system inspections focused on an agreed area, such as the foundation or roof. These are visual assessments, not engineering evaluations or foundation certifications.
Apartment complexes and commercial properties
Selective inspections of small and large apartment complexes, retail spaces, offices and light medical spaces such as dental offices. Scope is confirmed before booking; specialized facilities such as commercial kitchens and heavy-industrial properties are excluded.
